Jed Potts and Cameron Gray

The First Thursday Blues Club are extremely pleased to have Jed Potts and Cameron Gray as our guests in December.

Jed Potts is a renowned Edinburgh based guitarist who fronts Jed Potts and the Hillman Hunters. Jed also performs with other duo's and bands. He has a strong connection to US blues man Brandon Santini and in October this year he toured Norway with Brandon playing at several of his shows.

Cameron Gray has been playing on the Scottish Blues scene for many years. Described by Blues Matters magazine as a 'top notch harmonica man' he was the frontman for Glasgow based band-The Pentatonics.

 

Expect this duo to take you on a very enjoyable journey through the Blues

 

The support will be the Latitude 56 Blues band

Our Venue

In the intimate atmosphere of the Prestonfield Golf Club function room, all guests get a comfortable seat and  stunning views of 'Arthurs Seat' and the surrounding landscape.      With an entry fee of only £5 for top class Blues entertainment, you also get free "off street" parking in our car park and visitors to the club will find our drinks prices at a very reasonable level.  Doors open at 18.30 on club nights with the support band commencing around 19.30.                                                                                          The main artiste usually commences around 20.45 and last orders at the bar are at 22.00
